PrettyDynasty Return Policy

We want you to love everything you order from PrettyDynasty. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple return process for store credit.

 


 

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start your return.

Once approved, you must ship your items using the instructions provided in the return portal.

 


 

U.S. Returns Only

 

  • A prepaid return label will be generated through our return portal.

  • Each return must be shipped in a separate parcel per order.

  • Once received and approved, we’ll issue your store credit as a PrettyDynasty e-gift card.

 


Note: We currently do not accept international returns.

 


 

Store Credit Only

All accepted returns are refunded as PrettyDynasty store credit via e-gift card.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

 


 

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

 

  • Lingerie or undergarments

  • Swimwear

  • Bodysuits

  • Accessories

  • Beauty products

  • Party wear

 


If a final sale item is returned, it will not be credited or sent back.

 


 

Return Requirements

To be accepted, items must be:

 

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

 

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Do not use the return portal for these issues.

Instead, email our support team at support@prettydynasty.com with your order number and photos.

If approved, we may issue a refund to your original payment method.

 


 

Return Review and Adjustments

All returns are inspected upon arrival.

If an item does not meet our return standards, your store credit may be reduced or denied.

Unapproved or questionable items will be addressed after warehouse review.

 


 

Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to limit or deny returns if we detect:

 

  • Excessive or suspicious return activity

  • Signs of wear, laundering, or damage

  • Altered or missing items

  • Potential fraud
