PrettyDynasty Return Policy
At PrettyDynasty, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and seamless return process in the form of store credit.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate your return.
Once your return is approved, items must be shipped using the instructions provided through our return portal.
Pre-Order Items
Select pieces may be offered as pre-order.
Pre-order items ship within 4-6 business weeks.
Each pre-order piece is thoughtfully prepared following your purchase. While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, slight variations may occur due to production or transit factors.
If you change your mind about a pre-order item, you may receive a refund in the form of PrettyDynasty store credit, which can be applied toward any other item across our collection.
We also offer a wide range of styles that are in stock and ready to ship.
U.S. Returns Only
We currently accept returns within the United States only.
A return label will be generated through our return portal.
For wrong size or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Each return must be shipped separately per order.
Once received and approved, your store credit will be issued as a PrettyDynasty e-gift card.
Please note: We do not accept international returns at this time.
Store Credit Policy
All approved returns are issued as PrettyDynasty store credit via e-gift card.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Final Sale Items
The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Lingerie or undergarments
• Swimwear
• Bodysuits
• Accessories
• Beauty products
• Party wear
Final sale items returned to us will not be credited or shipped back.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached
Return Review & Standards
All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival.
Items that do not meet our return standards may result in reduced or denied store credit.
Any unapproved or questionable items will be addressed following warehouse review.
Right to Refuse Returns
To maintain fairness for all of our customers, we reserve the right to limit or deny returns in cases of:
• Excessive or unusual return activity
• Visible signs of wear or laundering
• Altered or missing items
• Suspected fraud
