PRETTYDYNASTY EXCHANGE POLICY
At PrettyDynasty, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Eligible items may be exchanged in the form of PrettyDynasty store credit in accordance with the policy below.
By placing an order with PrettyDynasty, you acknowledge and agree to this Exchange & Store Credit Policy.
30-Day Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange.
To begin an exchange, visit the “My Orders” page located in the footer of our website and follow the instructions provided through our exchange portal.
Once your exchange is received and approved, store credit will be issued to your PrettyDynasty account.
Your store credit will automatically apply toward any new order you place once you log into the “My Orders” page located in the footer of our website. No coupon code is required. Any available store credit balance will be visible within your account and can be used toward any eligible PrettyDynasty purchase.
Exchange Shipping & Handling Fee
For sizing issues, change-of-mind purchases, exchanges for another size, color, or style, customers are responsible for a $15 shipping and handling fee.
This fee covers return processing, inspection, handling, and logistics costs associated with the exchange.
Quality Issues & Defective Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, missing embellishments, missing rhinestones, missing components, or a quality issue that cannot reasonably be corrected by trimming loose threads or normal garment maintenance, please email clear photos of the issue to:

Quality-related claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item. After the original item is received, inspected, and verified by our team, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
For approved manufacturing defects or quality-related claims, PrettyDynasty will cover the return shipping cost.
Pre-Order Items
Certain items may be offered as pre-order.
Pre-order items are produced, reserved, or allocated specifically following your purchase and typically ship within the estimated timeframe listed on the product page.
Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to production schedules, supplier delays, customs processing, or carrier delays.
If a pre-order cancellation is approved, it will be issued in the form of PrettyDynasty store credit only.
No refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
U.S. Exchanges Only
We currently process exchanges within the United States only.
International orders are not eligible for exchange at this time.
Final Sale Items
The following categories are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit unless received with an approved manufacturing defect:
• Lingerie and undergarments
• Swimwear
• Bodysuits
• Accessories
• Beauty products
• Party wear
• Clearance or discounted items
• Gift cards
Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in their original packaging when reasonably possible
Inspection & Approval
All items returned to PrettyDynasty are inspected upon arrival.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, misuse, damage, missing tags, or any condition that prevents resale may be denied exchange eligibility.
PrettyDynasty reserves the right to make the final determination regarding the condition and eligibility of all returned merchandise.
Processing Time
After your return has been delivered to our return facility, please allow up to 7 business days for inspection and processing.
Returned merchandise must first be received, inspected, and approved by our team before any exchange or store credit is issued.
Store credit and exchanges are not issued upon delivery of the return package and will only be processed after the inspection has been completed and approved.
Right to Refuse Exchanges
To protect the integrity of our policy and maintain fairness for all customers, PrettyDynasty reserves the right to refuse, limit, or deny exchanges in cases including but not limited to:
• Excessive exchange activity
• Repeated return abuse
• Worn, washed, or altered merchandise
• Missing items or tags
• Fraudulent or misleading claims
• Suspected abuse of our exchange program
